Detailed instructions for preparing your oral presentation, poster, or e-poster will be shared along with the acceptance notification.

Oral Presentations
For registered delegates presenting original research or projects.
- Format: 8-minute presentation + 2-minute Q&A.
- Accepted abstracts will feature in the Conference Proceedings.
- Note: Case reports/series will not be accepted as oral presentations.
E-Poster Presentations
Digital posters on innovative, culturally relevant, or community-driven work.
- Format: Maximum 3 slides (16:9 landscape).
- Displayed on 42” digital screens; presenters engage with delegates during poster sessions.
- Case reports may be submitted as E-Posters (format: Introduction – Case Description – Discussion/Conclusion).
